If you are not completely satisfied with our bars purchased from our website, you may return the item(s) for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for items returned in the original form of payment. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase or as a credit to customer account. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product in the same packaging that it was received in, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30-day period. After the 30 days has expired, all sales are final and we will not accept any returns. Kuali Foods reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • You MUST email Customer Service at info@kualifoods.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the reason of your return. Customer Service¬† will provide you with a RMA# authorizing your return.
  • Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
  • Write the RMA# provided from Customer Service and specify what¬†items are to be returned in your box.

  • Ship using the carrier of your choice.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, (USUALLY IN 72 HOURS) WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD OR ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES.

Please Note: Kuali Foods is not able to refund merchandise obtained from a retailer other than the Kuali Foods website. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retailer where it was purchased.
